Warehouse helpers operate under the supervision of the assigned officers or team leader and are primarily responsible for physically receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the shipping of merchandise stored in the warehouse.
The work is physically strenuous, so warehouse helpers have to be fit. Helpers receive on-the-job training to prepare them for their responsibilities.
