E-commerce Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated E-commerce Assistant to join our growing startup. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new skills, take initiative, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with extended working hours when required. This role focuses on building Shopify stores for clients, supporting their daily operations, managing marketing activities, and creating visual content using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and AI. The tasks are: * Adding new products to the clients’ stores * Updating product images and descriptions to clients’ stores * Taking product photos and editing them for clients’ stores * Contacting theme support to resolve clients’ store issues * Monitoring the clients’ stores regularly to ensure there are no errors * Researching new products and sourcing high-quality items at competitive prices for clients’ stores * Communicating and negotiating with suppliers for clients’ stores * Creating social media content (e.g., product unboxing and usage videos) for clients’ stores * Basic knowledge of Photoshop
