We are looking for a full-time Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both office tasks and basic design work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
* Prepare invoices, quotations, and reports
* Work efficiently using Microsoft Word & Excel
* Handle and respond to emails and internal communications
* Support administrative and sales operations
* Create simple design materials (social media posts, basic visuals, presentations)
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Ability to manage and respond to emails professionally
* Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
* Organized, responsible, and fast learner
* Ability to work full-time
Preferred (Plus):
* Experience in e-commerce, website handling, or social media
