• Ability to demonstrate effective commercial and people management skills.
• Scrupulous in upholding food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Physical abilities.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• A flair and passion for food.
• Excellent eye-to hand coordination and knife skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to react quickly to kitchen emergencies, prevent accidents or deal with through to at least basic first aid.
• Culinary arts or with similar training with Certification
